In support of the Agency’s mission to inform, engage and connect people around the world to further freedom and democracy, WTI facilitates the collection, distribution, analysis and visualization of research and performance data as they relate to the products, services, and competitive landscape that encompasses “international media.” In addition to digital media analytics support for USAGM media entities and language service divisions, WTI contributed to the development and design of USAGM’s suite of mobile and tablet applications and was responsible for the development of a global mobile news platform that delivered news and information to people in more than 100 countries in 60 languages on the world’s two largest smartphone and tablet platforms.

DISA

WTI supports the Robotics Process Automation Program within DISA by assisting in the creation of technology that executes pre-programmed steps of a business process via existing IT infrastructure to simulate the actions of a human executing a process. Our personnel provide technical solutions through automation scripts and/or automation tools, configuring software to automate employees’ computer-based tasks consistently, efficiently and accurately.

WTI also supports DISA, programs that solve to empower the DISA workforce, spark innovation, improve internal collaboration and foster intrapreneurship. Our personnel assist in challenging agency employees to look at their business processes, policies, technology, and environment to submit ideas and solutions for improvements of processes, changes to policy and/or new technology injections

Our personnel also support and maintain a collaborative innovation environment based out of the Joint All Domain Warfighting Lab. This enables DISA to work with industry partners and academic partners in an unclassified environment, where innovators can bring their best ideas and capabilities forward for demonstration, examination, and evaluation without the restrictions of a classified environment.

Additionally, WTI provides support to the DISA Technology Transfer (T2) Program by offering creative approaches for establishing collaborative relationships with industry, local and state governments, and academia to meet mission goals and benefits without the constraints of the FAR. The primary mechanisms are Cooperative Research and Development Agreements(CRADAs) and Education Partnership Agreement( EPAs).

WTI provides financial service support, to include project management and administrative oversight, at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of Finance, to help further the Agency’s mission to protect new ideas and investments in innovation and creativity while remaining at the cutting edge of the nation’s technological progress and achievement.

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. U.S. Department of Commerce.

WTI provided scientific service support – including project management and subject matter expertise – to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Center for Satellite Applications and Research (STAR), Satellite Oceanography and Climatology Division (SOCD) to help further the Agency’s mission to accelerate the transfer of satellite observations of land, atmosphere, ocean, and climate from scientific research and development into state-of-the-art data, products, and services.

WTI provided training support for the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), a national training facility that trained state, local, tribal, federal, private sector, and international responders from Fire Service, Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Management, HazMat, Public Health, Healthcare, Public Communications, Public Works, and Government Administrative, and other emergency response personnel, their trainers, and supervisors.

WTI helped engage today’s soldiers using training platforms that included 3D modeling and simulations, Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR) tools. Using emerging technologies, WTI supported this contract by providing innovative training and education (T&E) products that could be delivered with or without instructor support. These new products were developed for today’s soldiers using computer, table, and mobile applications that could be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In support of the Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CDID) and Concepts and Doctrine Division, United States Army Chaplain Center and School, WTI supported day-to-day operations, serving as the element of continuity to ensure standard operating procedures supported established mission objectives and individual program responsibilities.

As a subcontractor in support of the Agency’s international public diplomacy efforts, WTI provided a spectrum of content management, business process automation, and business intelligence solutions that significantly increased operational efficiency, including a mission activity tracker used by U.S. embassies around the world to track the effectiveness and costs surrounding U.S. diplomatic events and a business intelligence tool used to evaluate the effectiveness of international visitor projects.

As a subcontractor to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in support of the Agency’s public health initiatives, WTI helped develop and launch a web-based system on an open-source platform – from proof of concept to working prototype to production – to help public health practitioners identify evidence-based information to assist them with public health initiatives in their communities. The tool, now fielded, provided decision-making, dynamic content, intelligent search, and user collaboration capabilities.

As a subcontractor, WTI provided the Office of Job Corps at the U.S. Department of Labor custom computer applications, software programming analysis, and development, design, customized web page design services to fully integrate and automate the Agency’s New Core Financial Management System and the Job Corps Financial Accounting System in order to further the Agency’s Employment and Training Administration mission by enabling distribution of funds allocated by the Congress.
