Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Requirements Manager to support mission-critical operations in a TS/SCI-cleared environment within the National Capital Region (NCR). This role is essential for managing and coordinating user requirements across stakeholders, ensuring mission alignment, and supporting the end-to-end requirements lifecycle in a complex and dynamic operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Experience supporting intelligence, defense, or national security programs in the NCR.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams to capture, document, validate, and manage system or operational requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and track requirements documentation, ensuring traceability and alignment with program objectives, policies, and mission needs.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, technical working groups, and review boards to refine and prioritize requirements.
- Coordinate with program managers, systems engineers, developers, and testing teams to ensure that requirements are well-understood and achievable.
- Analyze changes to requirements and assess their impact on systems, schedules, and performance.
- Utilize tools such as DOORS, JIRA, or other requirement management software to track and report on requirement status and changes.
- Prepare briefings, white papers, and presentations for leadership and decision-making bodies.
- Support acquisition, development, and deployment efforts by ensuring compliance with DoD, IC, and agency-specific processes and standards key.
Skills:- 5+ years of experience in requirements management, systems engineering, or program management within a DoD or IC environment.
- Strong understanding of requirements engineering principles, lifecycle development processes, and systems integration.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, JIRA, IBM Rational, Confluence).
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and documentation (e.g., JCIDS, PPBE).
- Certifications such as INCOSE CSEP, PMP, or DAWIA Level II/III in Systems Engineering or Program Management.
