Position Overview: WTI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Capable Analyst. This role requires the employment of advisory capabilities, managing Joint-level irregular warfare tasks, supporting readiness training programs, and assisting with multi-capable personnel programs for Senior Executive Authorities. WTI is seeking subject matter experts with knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience to meet HQ-level, Joint Staff, and other governmental tasks, as well as handle Congressional inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides operational expertise in areas such as non-technical education and training, along with knowledge of deployment and individual readiness requirements. Establishes close working relationships with key stakeholders and facilitates the flow of decision-level information to relevant leadership. Supports coordination efforts with Joint, DoD, and other services regarding readiness and deployment training.
  • Supports career field managers in incorporating multi-capable training and education into lifecycle training plans to meet specific objectives in alignment with deployment models and readiness strategies. Assists in the validation of training requirements to support forward operating and contingency locations.
  • Assists in the development, staffing, and approval of training syllabi to ensure ready-based training is maintained in accordance with relevant directives and policies.
  • Conducts open-source and classified research and analysis related to strategy development, strategy implementation, and participation in defense strategy reviews.
  • Prepares background papers and briefings for senior leadership.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Extensive experience in operational planning, readiness training, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to support high-level coordination efforts with government organizations, Joint commands, and other defense entities.
  • Strong background in developing and validating training programs and ensuring alignment with readiness objectives.
  • Experience with strategy development, research, and analysis in a defense or joint environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of background papers and executive briefings.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
