WTI is seeking to hire a Pass and ID Card Specialist to help us support our government customer in Prince George’s County MD.

DUTIES:

  • Provide employee badging services to include operation of the “Credentialing system” and local badging system at facility.
  • Perform Pass and ID support, which will be specified for all positions involved under general oversight.
  • Monitor the compliance with the Government’s established rules and regulations. Take all reasonable precautions for health and safety of persons, and promptly report or correct unsafe conditions, procedures, or activities.
  • Provide Pass and ID and other related administrative processing support as required. Operate and maintain manual and computer-based Pass and ID, Access Control and other computer related systems, databases, and equipment.
  • Provide personnel to staff Pass and Identification positions for the processing of individuals into the Sponsors secure facility. This will also include, but not limited to, the production and issuance of badges, ID cards, and other identification media.
  • Enforce personnel identification procedures as prescribed by the Agency’s directives and policies.
  • Maintain, issue, and retrieve identification badges, keys, access cards, and vehicle parking tags, and other security related items. Conduct badge inventories. Operate and manage access control systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Experience processing ID and Government Badges
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, and other office automation systems.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must already possess an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility in order to meet the requirements for this role.
  • Must be willing to work 7am – 4pm, Monday – Friday
